The Snowy Woods are Dark and Deep....

And I have many miles to go before I sleep...

It is one of those beautiful winter nights tonight...

and I just shared a really sweet moment with my Scotty... the youngest of our six sons I listened to his adorable 4 year old prayer.. we read stories together... turned off the light and I lay by him.  I asked him what his happy moment was for the day.. and it was watching Puss in Boots with Mary next door (a slow day for Scott )  He told me all about it... and I just love to listen to him.. he says the funniest cutest things.. and I don't want to miss these best and most precious moments in life.

Then I pulled up blinds to reveal the winter wonderland outside...  the large tree outside of his 2nd story window was all frosted white in fresh fallen snow... everything was covered in a blanket of white .. giving off that special winter night glow.  What a cozy time for my son and me...  and off to sleep he went...shhhhh...
